What can Hillary Clinton achieve in Pakistan?

peshawar So far today, more than 80 people have died in a bomb blast in a market in the Pakistani city of Peshawar. Reports coming in at the time of suggest there will be many more casualties. In the last few weeks several similar attacks have killed more than 200 people. This comes on the day that US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton arrives in Islamabad for a series of talks about building closer ties with Pakistan and tackling the security problem.
