    Hello! and thank you for the slot for a response.
    Yes, women need extra support and protection as anyone who is making a career solo. I doubt that obligatory openings for women at university could help. Like in other professions, it is usually the quality of a qualification that decides in universities. What has to be minded is the conditions which allow the mediocre to be employed and promoted at the expense of the discarded achievement. Mediocrities should not be directors, the promoters or candidates into the open posts so long as the best are made redundant. Consequently, women require protection in the circumstances or relations or both. Finally, it is quality that has to be protected today at universities, in government and law courts, i.e the people who are the bearers of quality. Wealth and talent rivaled for centuries, at least since the ancient Rome. It is worse today when talent has commerse and dealers to rival first and in addition. Thank you
