Reflections on WHYS from Ariana

Three of our Afghan guests after the show, talking about what else they wanted to say – if only there was more time!

“One hour is never enough to talk about Afghanistan!” says Naila.

Please do this again at Ariana, or a large venue. Don’t make me call Mark.

Here is something that Afghan and others need to understand…

The Taliban and its leaders are waging war on the world and therefore the world must wage war on the Taliban — no different than the war waged against the world by the Third Reich and Hitler and the world had to wage war against Hitler. Hitler and the Third Reich had to be destroyed for the sake of the world. The same is true about the Taliban.

Because Hitler was attached to Germany and because the German people were not willing to throw him out (they were admittedly victims as well) the war was also with Germany. Many innocent Germans died because the world had to wage war against Hitler and the Third Reich. There was a lot of collateral damage. Germany was virtually destoryed.

If Afghan people (or any other people or nation) want to remain sympathetic to the Taliban (albeit out of fear) then it must be the same. The nation and it’s people will become collateral damage and there will be many innocent victims (as already). The Afghan people and the nation must understand this to minimize the damage. They must join world in destroying the Taliban!

If the Taliban are a threat to the world then the world should act through the United Nations, I think.

We have UN, If some countries under estimate UN,then why it was established. I strongly advocate that if Taliban or other such outfit creats danger to the world, it should be taklled by UN.
