This is a local issue and no doubt the architects of democracy the world know for more than a century, for people,by the people ,to the people as we all learn from our youth must be seen to be practicing as well as preaching the world to follow.

Impression one get is that in a time of recession, these people are employed and good on them and employers. better off than millions of child labour in some of developing nations.

Luckily it is america and not some dictarotial and psedo democratic asian nations where these kind of programmes are not allowed and they may say go back to your country and provide jobs and house the people who sleep on pavements or homeless people as highlited during the christmas while sudanese (?) refugees live a life of luxury in posh hotels costing 1500 pounds a week to the taxpayers?.No system is perfect and if one go hunting for the man to stone who didnot commit a sin would end up realise there is no such a person or a thing.MP’s expenses a good example. No shaving blade or soap in florida after tiger went hiding? make the full use of Florida sunshine while the whole of britain in global cooling with arctic freeze of -20 deg. cent.have a good day.
