Thanks Brett. If anyone wants to see Brett’s photos of Virginians queuing in the rain to vote at 6am, they’re up on our Flickr stream now.

I’ll borrow the work digicam and snap some pics on my way home too if the polls are still open 🙂

Thanks all, unfortunately the line was so long and winding I couldnt get it in an entire shot. It snaked its way down the main road about 3 times through a parking lot over a block away, then towards the church buildings, around the building to the back building then through the long hallway. All in all it was most likely about 1/4 mile long or so… Pretty amazing showing considering the doors hadn’t even opened yet.

    Luz,

i am still alive and kicking, so far it sounds like they like me very much and i kind of like Virginia. it is so much more green than New Mexico and I am sort of getting burnt-out on the desert thing, especially the way my current employers have been treating me. it kind of leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth….

    Angela,

Thanks, i am kind of looking forward to a move from here. my loved one and i have already started to replan our activities from mountain living to buyng a sail boat and visiting the beach etc. well, there is actually skiing there with 100% snow making…..better than what we have here, where we had only the ever so flat beginner hill open….plus the have volunteer ski patrol there and I am a ski patrolmeister
