I know it’s not exactly a world-stopping issue, but it’s my last day working on the team full time, and to mark it I baked some mud chocolate cupcakes with the team’s names on them. Just wanted to share because I was quite proud. (Ros’ has a candle in it because it was his birthday yesterday)

Cupcakes!
I love cupcakes; how you can decorate them in so many ways!
Glad to see you have a softer side. Good luck!
Good Luck Madeleine you will be missed!
Sweet! Literally!
Yumm those look good! In true WHYS spirit, are you going to invite us all over to share the joy? :-p
Good luck (and happy birthday to Ros)
Cupcakes…OM NOM NOM NOM
Goodbye Madeleine, and good luck.
Madeleine,
The Washington team probably thinks they are merely getting a highly intelligent , insightful woman/co-worker. Just wait until they get word of your baking talent, and the sight of these colorful cupcakes. It’ll be doubly the celebratory welcome.
Cheers, good luck & good health in your transition. Looking forward to hearing your future WHYS presentations in the new year.
Happy trails Madeleine and Claudia! Thank you for helping us Have Our Say (and for teaching us to check our sources first!)
I’m salivating all over my keyboard! Good luck to you Madeleine, and happy birthday Ros!
Happy Wishes to both Madeleine and Claudia for their next stop
in their journeys….

Yom Huledet Same’ach, Ros!
No, I am not fluent in Hebrew…I had to Google it!
I will not let my kidz see this picture. They’ll be wanting me to make them!
Madeleine,
Best wishes on the new post. I know you will do fantastic!! I so enjoyed spending time with you (and the rest of the crew) during your visit to Oregon in June. Keep in touch and if I make it to D.C., I’d love to grab a bite to catch up.
Madeleine:
Do you have a receipe for your cupcakes (since) they are
so famous….
